Security
We at The Business Mirror are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
All data stored will be deleted from our records on demand. Once this is done we cannot resend reports or information. Otherwise the data is held for no more than 18 months before being erased subject to legal requirements and for record keeping by IP service providers.
The software contains no macros or hidden code, the Excel file is protected only to preserve data integrity. Data processing and storage is done at The Business Mirror offices in the UK.
Confidentiality
To ensure complete confidentiality you can purchase The Business Mirror direct from us and we can provide a unique company code that can be used in place of the company name throughout the process. So that even at The Business Mirror we will not know the identity of your company.
Privacy Policy
We will NOT sell, share, trade or licence your information to external parties, all the data you provide is held within the UK and will be returned and copies removed from all records as far as is practicable on request*.
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to us.
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
