The Business Mirror was created by experienced company directors and business advisors with additional input from professional services firms to meet the need for an impartial, cost effective business analysis programme for the SME sector. From the outset, The Business Mirror has been designed to empower businesses to act in their own best interests by providing a comprehensive review of all the critical aspects of the business.

The creators of The Business Mirror believe that it is infinitely better for owners and directors to act in advance and from a position of strength when moving the business forward rather than react to events and/or pressure from lenders or investors.

Within 5 working days* you will receive an easy to follow and comprehensive report that analyses each business section. From this you decide your actions and priorities to secure, protect and develop your business.

The Business Mirror is partnered and supported by leading regional professional service providers (Law, Accountancy, and a network of independent business advisors specialising in the SME sector). We all operate on a regional basis so that we remain close to the businesses we work with and keep costs realistic.

We will not sell or pass on your company details to third parties. If requested we will arrange introductions and access to expertise in any area of high level business expertise or personal financial management to make sure that you fully reap the rewards of your business.

Client Care

The Business Mirror Limited is committed to delivering an outstanding service to our clients.

If, as a client, you are dissatisfied with any element of our service, (including about your bill), you should first contact the person with whom you have your main relationship. If they are unable to resolve your dissatisfaction, then the matter will be passed to the Senior Partner.

If, for any reason, we are unable to resolve a problem between us, you may bring the matter to the attention of the directors of The Business Mirror Ltd who will implement the Grievance Procedure with reference to our Code of Ethics. The time limit for referral of complaints to directors is six months. Our Code of Ethics is available within the website and the Grievance Procedure on request.
If all or part of a bill remains unpaid, we may be entitled to charge interest.
